В Новой Зеландии официально запретили заниматься троллингом в соцсетях. Это первая в мире страна, где запрещена подобная деятельность. За нарушение данного закона можно схлопотать до трех лет тюрьмы, пишет сайт Novoston.

Правила общения в социальных сетях запрещают публиковать сообщения, которые могут вызывать эмоциональные страдания у других пользователей. За подобное могут выписать штраф в размере 33,5 тыс. долларов или посадить в тюрьму на несколько лет. Три года лишения свободы можно получить за подстрекательство к суициду.

Закон уже успели раскритиковать, мол, он нарушает свободу слова. Кое-кто даже усмотрел в этом инструмент для преследования некоторых особо остроумных журналистов.

Троллинг – сообщение в Интернете, которое содержит в себе злую насмешку, запугивание, оскорбление, заведомую ложь, любую дискриминацию и прочее. Активно используется пользователями Сети, независимо от страны, национальности, вероисповедания.
