У столиці вперше офіційно виконали гімн Києва. Це відбулося під час святкування дня Києва на Софіївській площі, передає РБК-Україна.

Разом з кількома тисячами киян заспівав гімн столиці і мер міста Віталій Кличко.

"Києве мій" - цій пісні вже більше 20 років. Ми вперше затвердили офіційний гімн України (гімн Києва, - прим. ред.) на минулій сесії. Зараз ми його офіційно виконали", - сказав мер Віталій Кличко.

Як повідомив мер, сьогодні відбулося наймасовіше виконання гімну столиці.

"Це наймасовіше виконання гімну. Скільки людей його виконували - ми ще порахуємо. Потім ми будемо бити цей рекорд. Ще більше киян будуть його виконувати", - сказав він.
