Кримськотатарський телеканал АТР припинить своє мовлення 1 квітня в тому випадку, якщо він не отримає реєстрацію як ЗМІ за російським законодавством.

Генеральний директор телеканалу Ельзара Іслямова розповіла, що Роскомнадзор в черговий раз залишив заявку про реєстрацію АТР без відповіді. За неофіційними даними, у відомстві послалися на нібито наявну невідповідність зазначеної в заявці інформації про власників юридичної особи даними, що фігурують в державному реєстрі,пише Gazeta.ua

"Таким чином, з 1 квітня ми будемо просто змушені припинити трансляцію програм ATR через відсутність правових підстав для здійснення телевізійного мовлення", - розповіла Іслямова.

26 січня співробітники кримського ОМОНу заблокували будівлю редакції кримськотатарського телеканалу, де проводилися обшуки в рамках розслідування кримінальної справи. Вона знаходиться у провадженні Слідчого комітету в Криму.

ATR - кримський телеканал, основна цільова аудиторія якого - кримськотатарське населення. 60% мовлення каналу ведеться російською мовою, 35% - кримськотатарською, 5% - українською.
