Transparency Іnternational Україна вимагає у партій зняти з виборів кандидатів, які підозрюються у корупційних зловживаннях. Організація оприлюднила списки таких «підозрюваних». У них потрапив кожен десятий кандидат в народні депутати.

13 жовтня - останній день, коли партії можуть відкликати своїх кандидатів у депутати. В цей день українське представництво Transparency International опублікувало списки партійних висуванців, які підозрюються у корупційних зловживаннях. Під приціл активістів потрапили прохідні кандидати з п’яти партій, що лідирують за даними соціологічних досліджень.

Результати медіа-полювання виявилися невтішними – кожен десятий кандидат у народні депутати підозрюється у корупційних правопорушеннях. Про це свідчать журналістські розслідування та інформація з відкритих джерел, яку протягом місяця надсилали у ТІ Україна активісти з усієї країни.

За словами Олексія Хмари, виконавчого директора Transparency International Україна: «Чи не кожен десятий кандидат у прохідній частині партій-лідерів цих перегонів має корупційний слід. Лишилося критично мало часу, щоб керівники партій дотрималися своїх же передвиборчих обіцянок та не провели у нову владу старих корупціонерів. Чи вистачить в них сміливості аби відкликати корупціонерів зі списків та самоочиститися? Про це ми дізнаємося не пізніше як завтра. Наразі м’яч на стороні партійних функціонерів».

Transparency International Україна закликає політичні партії-лідери передвиборчих рейтингів знайти в собі мужність та самоочиститись від потенційних корупціонерах у власних списках. Відповідно до Закону України «Про вибори народних депутатів України», це можна зробити до кінця 13 жовтня.
