Члени партії "Единая Россия" і депутати Держдуми РФ Олександр Сидякін і Олег Савченко зникли в Антарктиді після новорічних свят. Вони повинні були піднятися на найвищу точку Антарктиди у новорічні свята.

Однак сьогодні з'ясувалося, що депутати перестали виходити на зв'язок. Також заявилася інформація, що Сидякін і Савченко порушили закон про регулювання діяльності росіян на континенті.

Попри це,зникнення депутатів стало приводом для жартів в соцмережах. Російські блогери вже заполонили Twitter смішними картинками та коментарями.
