Глава Советского района Улан-Удэ в Бурятии Андрей Тулонов в пятницу предложил запереть бомжей на вольерах на время стартовавшей в регионе «Алтарганы» - бурятского международного фестиваля песенного искусства, народного творчества и спортивного мастерства, сообщает  FlashSiberia

Такое заявление чиновник сделал на планерке в администрации, где он высказал свое недовольство большим количество бездомных на улицах, «портящих фон» праздника.   

«Предлагаю наших дружинников привлечь. Возить их (бомжей – FS) в вольер в Вахмистрово на три дня. Это просто невозможно, в центре города одни алкаши», - заявил Тулонов.

В мэрии Улан-Удэ FlashSiberia пояснили, что глава Советского района «иногда резковат в высказываниях, и ему это можно простить».
