Несколько вирусных видео, которые набрали миллионы просмотров в Youtube, оказались подделкой. Об этом в своем видео сообщила австралийская продюсерская компания Woolshed Company. В компании признались, что несколько вирусных роликов, которые появлялись последние два года, были созданы ее авторами, передает ТСН

С помощью видео в компании планировали исследовать эффективные механизмы охвата больших аудиторий.

Проект финансировался при участии государственного фонда Screen Australia, который выделил авторам идеи около 100 тысяч долларов.

В частности, по признанию Woolshed Company, фейком оказалось видео о селфи на фоне торнадо, нападение акулы, снятое на камеру GoPro и сноубордистка, которая якобы не заметила за спиной медведя.
