Влада Китаю встановила на півночі країни перший в світі світлофор для верблюдів.

Про це повідомляє телеканал CNN.

Світлофор запрацював у неділю в популярному серед туристів районі недалеко від міста Дуньхуан, провінція Ганьсу.

Зазначається, що тури на верблюдах є культовою розвагою для відвідувачів цього району.

Тепер туристи будуть убезпечені від зіткнення верблюдів завдяки новому світлофору, який стає зеленим в момент, коли тваринам можна рухатися, і червоним, коли їм потрібно зупинитися.

Місто Дуньхуан розташоване в оазисі в пустельному регіоні Ганьсу-Синьцзян. В останні роки туризм в цьому районі виріс завдяки горі Мінш, храмовому комплексу печер Могао і перевалам Юмень і Янгуань, які є найбільш західними воротами Великої стіни.
