Це не реклама кінотеатру, а житлового комплексу "Парокова вежа". Очевидно, для тих хто не "бум, бум" гангстерський пес не повинен налякати, а навпаки привабити клієнтів. 

Схоже на креатив за межею адекватного розуміння.
