Креативное агентство выиграло тендер компании-девелопера «Недвижимость от Ковальской» и разработало рекламную кампанию для ЖК «Паркова Вежа».

На фоне однотипности рекламных сообщений девелоперских компаний, «Бюро» решило выделить ЖК «Паркова Вежа», предложив нестандартный формат для визуализации идеи на бордах – гиперболизация частного объявления, пишет Sostav.ua

Имитация объявления, увеличенная до размеров билборда, с одной стороны, привлекает нестандартностью, с другой, сближает продавца и покупателя. Аллюзия на частное объявление, которое жители столицы десятилетиями встречают на столбах, досках объявления, местной прессе – подчеркивает простоту покупки.

Зачастую, билборды изобилуют цветовыми пятнами, затрудняющими восприятие информации. А дизайн «Бюро» для ЖК «Паркова Вежа» отличается лаконизмом и позволяет уловить суть объявления даже из автомобиля, едущего на большой скорости.
