Проведение местных выборов по новой системе - это шанс очистки власти на местах, а в условиях, когда страна все еще страдает от коррупционной составляющей прошлой власти, это - наиболее эффективный люстрационный механизм. Об этом в ходе интернет-конференции в пресс-центре Информационного агентства ЛІГАБізнесІнформ  рассказала народный депутат от фракции Самопомощь Ирина Сысоенко.

"Согласно новому законопроекту предполагается запретить размещение платной политической рекламы на телевидении, радио и носителях наружной рекламы. Запрет политической рекламы на радио и телевидении установлен ​​законодательством большинства стран Западной Европы", - сказала депутат.

По мнению Сысоенко, установление такого запрета заставит партийные организации и кандидатов проводить избирательные кампании по принципу "от двери до двери", будет способствовать сокращению расходов партий и кандидатов на предвыборную агитацию.

"Законопроект также проводит четкое разграничение между предвыборной агитацией и информированием избирателей, в том числе предвыборными дебатами, вводит механизмы противодействия размещению скрытой политической рекламы", - утверждает депутат.

Напомним выборы в местные органы власти должны состояться в Украине в октябре-2015 года.
