Касаційний адміністративний суд у складі Верховного суду скасував протокол ЦВК про результати виборів в окрузі 198 Черкаської області, яким було визнано обраним народним депутатом самовисуванця Сергія Рудика.

Відповідне рішення суд прийняв 24 серпня за позовом кандидата у депутати по даному округу від "Слуги народу" Наталії Дьяченко.

Дослівно рішення суду: Визнати протиправним та скасувати протокол Центральної виборчої комісії про результати виборів народних депутатів України в одномандатному виборчому окрузі 198 від 21 серпня 2019 року.

 Суд також зобов'язав ЦВК продовжити дії щодо встановлення результатів виборів в окрузі 198 за результатами виконання рішень Шостого апеляційного адміністративного суду від 6 і 10 серпня, і Верховного суду від 12 серпня.

    Мало їм ніяк не нажируться вількістю.Вже перераховували на 2ділницях і там так і залишились в програші
