Алексея Миронова, волонтера штаба оппозиционера Алексея Навального в Чувашии, приговорили к двум годам и трем месяцам колонии-поселения за репост экстремистских картинок в соцсети. Об этом сообщает в понедельник, 18 сентября, «Интерфакс» со ссылкой на координатора «Открытой России» в республике Дмитрия Семенова.

Он пояснил, что Миронов ранее «уже был привлечен к административной ответственности и удалил их, однако затем были возбуждены уголовные дела». Следствие велось по статьям по статьям 280 и 282 УК РФ («Публичные призывы к осуществлению экстремистской деятельности» и «Возбуждение ненависти либо вражды, а равно унижение человеческого достоинства»).

Дело слушалось в Новочебоксарском городском суде в закрытом режиме. Семенов отметил, что решение будет обжаловано в Верховном суде Чувашии в течение 10 суток. «Сейчас Алексей находится дома. В случае вступления приговора в законную силу он должен будет самостоятельно добраться к месту отбытия наказания», — пояснил он.

Миронов сделал репост двух картинок во «ВКонтакте» в 2016 году. Одна содержала фразу с призывами к насильственному свержению власти, вторая возбуждала ненависть или вражду по религиозному признаку.

Как сообщал портал «Медиазона», дело в отношении волонтера возбудили в июле. До этого к нему домой в Чебоксарах приходили в обыском полицейские. У активиста забрали жесткие диски, три ножа и диск с фильмом. Семенова в 2015 году также штрафовали за репост в соцсетях, затем было возбуждено уголовное дело.
