Во Львове сотрудники полиции открыли уголовное производство по признакам возможной фальсификации результатов выборов. Об этом сообщает региональное управление Нацполиции в воскресенье, 22 ноября.

Так, правоохранители получили сообщение о возможном нарушении избирательного законодательства на одном из участков в Лычаковском районе Львова.

Прибывшие на место сотрудники полиции установили, что некоторые члены избиркома подписали протокол о подсчете голосов избирателей до завершения голосования и подсчета голосов.

По указанному факту открыто уголовное производство по статье о фальсификации, подделке, повреждение, сокрытии, повреждении или уничтожении печати избирательной комиссии, избирательной урны, списка избирателей или участников референдума (ч.4 ст.58-3 УК Украины).

Как известно, 22 ноября в 11 крупных городах Украины проходит второй тур голосования за мэров. Во Львове за победу борются действующий городской голова Андрей Садовой и нардеп от партии Европейская солидарность Олег Синютка.

Также сообщалось, что за прошедшие сутки в "день тишины" в полицию поступило 61 заявление и сообщение, связанные с нарушениями избирательного процесса перед повторным голосованием на местных выборах.
