В ЦИК кандидатом в депутаты зарегистрирован мэр Луганска Сергей Кравченко, который поддерживал проведение сепаратистами нелегитимного референдума.

Согласно данным сайта ЦИК, Кравченко зарегистрирован в 105 округе в Луганске, который сейчас находится под контролем боевиков,пише Українська правда

Кроме него, на округе зарегистрированы кандидаты от Оппозиционного блока, блока Ляшко, "Батькивщины", блока Сергея Тигипко и несколько самовыдвиженцев.

В Центральной избирательной комиссии "Украинской правде" сообщили, что есть обычный перечень оснований, согласно которым ЦИК имеет право отказать в регистрации.

"Это прямая норма закона. Одна из этих норм – это не снятая судимость. Здесь не было судебного решения, нет снятой судимости", - сказал пресс-секретарь ЦИК Константин Хивренко.

Он добавил, что это вопрос к правоохранительным органам и в суд.   

Как известно, в декабре Кравченко был одним из инициаторов Антимайдан.

В мае на центральной площади Луганска он скандировал вместе с другими сепаратистами "ре-фе-рен-дум".

8 августа он был задержан бойцами Айдара за сепаратизм, однако через несколько недель был выпущен.
