В Сети появилось видео задержания в Москве корреспондента «Укринформа» Романа Сущенко, которого ФСБ подозревает в «шпионаже» и называет «кадровым сотрудником Главного управления разведки Министерства обороны Украины» и «полковником», сообщает Телекритика

По данным российских спецслужб, журналист "целенаправленно собирал составляющие государственную тайну сведения о деятельности Вооруженных сил и войск Национальной гвардии Российской Федерации".

Как сообщает «Интерфакс-Украина», адвокат Марк Фейгин, который будет защищать Сущенко, отрицает его причастность к шпионской деятельности."Сущенко работал в Париже как корреспондент «Укринформа», он всегда занимался журналистикой. Откуда могли появиться такие обвинения, мне непонятно", - сказал он. 

Немедленно освободить журналиста требует международная правозащитная организация «Репортеры без границ», сообщает Институт массовой информации. "Поскольку обвинение в «шпионаже» в адрес Романа Сущенко, который работает журналистом «Укринформа» с 2002 года, выглядят абсолютно надуманным, сам факт задержания был скрытым, а также о решении суда арестовать журналиста на 2 месяца все узнали только сегодня, - все это можно расценивать как дерзкую попытку давления России на украинских журналистов", - подчеркнула представитель организации в Украине Оксана Романюк.
