В уряді Німеччини відреагували на колонку американського мільярдера Ілона Маска в газеті Welt am Sonntag, в якій той висловив підтримку ультраправій партії «Альтернатива для Німеччини» («АдН»). Її назвали спробою вплинути на федеральні вибори у Німеччині. Про це повідомили Reuters та ZDF.

Заступниця речника німецького уряду Крістіана Гоффманн заявила, що така колонка є спробою вплинути на результати федеральних виборів у Німеччині, запланованих на 23 лютого 2025 року.

«Це дійсно так, що Ілон Маск намагається вплинути на федеральні вибори», — висловилась вона про його текст на підтримку «АдН».

Водночас речниця зазначила, що Маск має право на висловленні своєї думки. «Зрештою, свобода думок поширюється і на найбільшу дурість», — додала вона.
