Прокуратурой Луганской области было поддержано публичное обвинение относительно «главы избирательной комиссии» незаконного «референдума» 11 мая 2014 года на Луганщине. Как передает PRпортал, об этом идет речь в пресс-службе областной прокуратуры.

«В ходе проведения уголовного производства, которое было начато по материалам 3 управления ГУ СБУ в Донецкой и Луганской областях было установлено, что жительница с. Теплое Станично-Луганского района добровольно приняла участие в подготовке и проведении так называемого «референдума». Женщина выполняла функции «главы избирательной комиссии», - сказано в сообщении. Кроме того, отмечается, что при проведении досудебного расследования злоумышленница признала свою вину, содействовала изобличению других соучастников и, воспользовавшись своим правом, инициировала подписание соглашения о признании вины с прокурором.

С учетом всех фактов Беловодский районный суд Луганской области признал упомянутое лицо виновным в совершении умышленных действий, направленных на изменение границ территории Украины и назначил наказание в виде 5 лет лишения свободы с освобождением от отбывания наказания с испытательным сроком.
