Попри війну українські телеканали продовжують нав’язувати глядачам низькоякісний та пропагандистський російський контент,про це повідомляє спільнота "Бойкот російського кіно" у Фейсбук :

"Цієї суботи ми провели ретельний 17-годинний моніторинг ефіру десяти провідних українських телеканалів: результати невтішні. За нашими підрахунками частка російського телепродукту на українському ТБ перевищує 40% — це фактично дорівнює обсягам українського телепродукту та майже у 2,5 рази перевищує обсяги телепродукту з інших країн. Причому, порівняно з нашим попереднім моніторингом, який ми проводили 2 тижні тому, обсяги російського контенту навіть збільшилися. Симптоматично, що найбільше російського контенту показує телеканал із назвою «Україна» — 87% (!) від загального часу мовлення"

Активісти акцентують увагу,що значну його частину складають серіали про «героїчних» співробітників російських та радянських силових та каральних органів

"Окремо треба відзначити ЗМІСТ російського контенту. Значну його частину складають серіали про «героїчних» співробітників російських та радянських силових та каральних органів. Пересічний український телеканал може дозволити собі показати в новинах, як російські головорізи руйнують Україну та вбивають наших громадян, як українські матері ховають своїх синів, а потім цілий день показувати серіали про ментів чи НКВДистів та безецні російські телешоу. Це прояв кретинізму керівництва каналів, чи спланована шкідницька діяльність? Гадаємо, і перше, і друге."
