Російський журналіст і ведучий опозиційного телеканалу "Дождь" Павло Лобков зміг проголосувати за поправки в Конституцію РФ, що обнуляють президентські терміни Владіміра Путіна, двічі - на своїй ділянці і дистанційно за допомогою електронного голосування
 

Вранці 25 червня Лобков прийшов на виборчу дільницю №141, який розташований в Російському національному музеї музики на вулиці Фадєєва, повідомляє "Дождь". Там йому видали бюлетень для голосування.

За тиждень до плебісциту він зареєструвався на сайті mos.ru для участі в електронному голосуванні. Через годину після очного голосування ведучому вдалося проголосувати по інтернету.

Сьогодні в Росії стартувало опитування щодо змін до Конституції РФ, що, в разі їх затвердження, "обнуляють" президентські терміни Владіміра Путіна та дають йому змогу залишатися при владі принаймні до 2036 року. Голосування триватиме тиждень - до 1 липня.
