Мосміськсуд санкціонував довічне блокування одного з найпопулярніших ресурсів російськомовного інтернету, торрент-трекера Rutracker.org.

Про це повідомляє Українська правда із посиланням на  "Інтерфакс" .

"Сьогодні розглянуто позов про довічне блокування. Позовна заява ТОВ "Видавництво "ЭКСМО" до корпорації "Дримторент" задоволено. Винесено рішення про довічне блокування ресурсу", – повідомили агентству.

У суді додали, що рішення підлягає виконанню лише після вступу в законну силу, тобто або після розгляду скарги на нього, або після закінчення 30 днів.

Rutracker.org – найбільший російськомовний бітторент-трекер, на якому зареєстровано близько 15 млн облікових записів і який містить близько півтора мільйона роздач. Трекер має україномовну версію.

На головній сторінці трекера ще з 29 жовтня висить повідомлення про можливе блокування ресурсу. У ньому, зокрема, вказується, що у разі блокування в Росії, ресурс залишиться доступним в інших країнах, зокрема – в Україні.
