У підприємця, який зробив внесок до виборчого фонду колишнього кандидата у президенти від ВО "Свобода" Руслана Кошулинського, конфіскують 190 тисяч гривень.

Про це йдеться у повідомленні Національного агентства із запобігання корупції.

Вказується, Личаківський районний суд Львова своєю постановою визнав особу винною із застосуванням штрафу 1190 гривень та конфіскації на користь держави суми внеску у розмірі 190 тисяч грн.

"Факт вчинення адміністративного правопорушення… а саме надання добровільного внеску двічі по 95 000 гривень до виборчого фонду кандидата на пост президента України з порушенням встановленого законом порядку надання внеску, виявлено за результатами аналізу фінансового звіту про надходження і використання коштів виборчого фонду…

Руслана Кошулинського", – сказано у повідомленні.

В НАЗК наголосили, що не допускається здійснення внесків на підтримку політичних партій фізичними та юридичними особами, які мають непогашений податковий борг.
