Вибори президента Польщі відбудуться 10 травня 2020 року. Про це заявила маршал Сейму Ельжбєта Вітек, повідомляє "Польське радіо".

За її словами, другий тур, якщо це буде потрібно, проведуть на два тижні пізніше - 24 травня. Виборча кампанія в країні має розпочатися з опублікування постанови маршала Сейму в офіційному друкованому виданні Кабінету міністрів "Monitor Polski", що має відбутися не пізніше, ніж завтра.

З 2015 року президентом Польщі є Анджей Дуда, який поки не оголосив, чи буде балотуватися на другий термін. Натомість, про свій старт у президентських виборах заявили низка політиків.

Зокрема, це віце-спікер Сейму Малґожата Кідава-Блонська з Громадянської коаліції, президент Польської селянської партії Владислав Косіняк-Камиш, Роберт Бєдронь з Нової лівиці, Кшиштоф Босак з Конфедерації та журналіст Кшиштоф Головня.
