У центрі грузинського міста Горі у неділю, 15 січня, у дворі офісу партії Демократичний рух виявлено тіло бізнесмена Гурама Гогічаішвілі, повідомляє місцева влада.

За інформацією Грузія Online, бізнесмена застрелили з вогнепальної зброї. У Міністерстві внутрішніх справ Грузії повідомили, що слідство ведеться за статтею 108 КК Грузії (умисне вбивство).

Агентство Інтерфакс-Україна з посиланням на телеканал Руставі 2 повідомило, що у бізнесмена вистрілили в той момент, коли він заходив у двір офісу.

В офісі партії заявили, що ніяк не пов'язані з Гогічаішвілі і не знають, навіщо він міг прийти до них.

Лідером партії Демократичний рух є колишня голова парламенту Грузії Ніно Бурджанадзе. Вона відома своїми скандальними висловлюваннями на підтримку анексії Криму Росією, через що Міністерство закордонних справ України оголосило її персоною нон-грата.
