БПП вважає, що затримання лідера політичної партії "Українське об'єднання патріотів" ("Укроп") Геннадія Корбана не пов'язане з політикою або виборами.Про це повідомляє прес-служба "Блоку Петра Порошенка - "Солідарність" із посиланням на заяву першого заступника голови фракції Ігоря Кононенка.

"Статті, за якими затримано голову партії УКРОП Геннадія Корбана, жодного відношення не мають ні до політики, ні до політиків і не пов'язані з виборами", - сказав Кононенко.

Він додав, що правоохоронці повинні провести розслідування у справі Корбана і оголосити результати суспільству.

Нагадаємо, що народний депутат України, член міжфракційного об’єднання "УКРОП" Тарас Батенко заявив про вихід із фракції "Блок Петра Порошенка" у зв’язку з початком політичних репресій у країні.

Юрій Бутусов повідомив, що операцію із затримання Корбана та обшуків офісів партії у Дніпропетровську проводив командир групи, яка штурмувала Будинок профспілок на Майдані під час зачистки активістів.
