Интернет-портал Brand Channel провёл необычное исследование, подсчитав количество рекламы в нашумевших картинах, вышедших в прокат в 2014 году. Абсолютным лидером этого рейтинга стала ленте «Трансформеры: Эпоха истребления», отмеченная наградой за обилие скрытой рекламы - 55 брендов. 

Среди брендов, продемонстрированных в «Трансформерах», были отмечены: Armani, Beats, Black Duck, Budweiser, Bushnell, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Coca-Cola, Goodyear, Gucci, Indian Motorcycles, Lenovo, Lukfook, Nike, Nutrilite, Oakley, Oshkosh Defense, Pangu Plaza, Red Bull, Victoria's Secret, Yili milk и C'estbon.

Второе место было присуждено фильму «Исчезнувшая» - 48 брендов, «Совместная поездка» вместила 37 брендов (третье место), а «Мачо и ботан 2» - 32.

Стоит отметить, что в фильме «Трансформеры 3: Тёмная сторона Луны» рекламы насчитали на 71 бренд, что даёт право назвать франшизу самой рекламной.
