Деякі радники Білого дому заявили, що Трамп в приватному порядку визнав, що не залишиться на другий термін, навіть попри спроби анулювати результати голосування через суд.

"Люди, близькі до Трампа, як і раніше вважають малоймовірним, що програв президент візьме участь в інавгурації Байдена", - повідомляє видання.

Нагадаємо, напередодні в США відбулося голосування вибірників. Згідно з результатами Колегія вибірників віддала 302 голоси Джо Байдену, тоді як у чинного президента Дональда Трампа - 232.
