Національна рада продовжила термін дії ліцензії на мовлення телеканалу «Інтер». Відповідне рішення ухвалено на засіданні 11 червня.

Доповідаючи із цього питання, заступник голови Національної ради Григорій Шверк розповів, що регуляторний орган докладно вивчив усі документи, які стосуються справи, в тому числі всі рішення і протоколи. «Юридичних підстав не продовжувати термін дії ліцензії «Інтеру» немає», - наголосив він. У цьому його підтримав і голова Національної ради Юрій Артеменко, який зауважив, що після вивчення усіх аспектів не бачить законних причин не продовжувати ліцензію телеканалу. «Це той випадок, коли ми маємо бути відвертими і чесними», - зазначив він.

Він також зауважив, що цілком свідомий, що сьогоднішнє рішення регулятора може бути оскарженим у суді будь-якою стороною. За це рішення члени Національної ради проголосували одноголосно.

Під час розгляду питання на засіданні регулятора були присутні народні депутати України Юрій Павленко, Юрій Мірошниченко, Антон Геращенко, Наталія Королевська, Іван Мирний, Володимир Гусак та інші, представники громадськості, зокрема Юрій Кармазін, засобів масової інформації.

Ліцензію телеканалу «Інтер» (мережа із 389 каналів у 24 областях, м. Київ та АРК, обсяг мовлення – по 24 години на добу) продовжено на 7 років.
