Українська розвідка дізналася про участь помічника президента РФ Владислава Суркова в боротьбі з мовленням українських телеканалів на окупованій проросійськими бойовиками території Донбасу. Про це повідомляється на сторінці Головного управління розвідки Міноборони України в Facebook.
Російські військові пропагандисти звернули увагу, що ряд українських телеканалів впливає на зміну настроїв жителів окупованих територій щодо необхідності продовження війни проти України.тНаслідком цього є збільшення відмов бойовиків від подальшого проходження "військової служби", а також морально-психологічний стан російських військових на Донбасі через вплив на них військовослужбовців, "заражених українським патріотизмом".
У зв'язку з цим мовлення каналів "1+1" та "Новий канал", які приймалися на частині окупованої території, було припинено з допомогою спеціального обладнання, придбаного після особистого втручання Суркова.
