Суд апеляційної інстанції залишив у силі рішення першої інстанції, яким було визнано вибори міського голови та вибори депутатів Броварської міської ради недійсними, та зобов’язала призначити повторні вибори. Як іфнормує PRпортал, про це повідомив депутат Верховної Ради України VII та VIII скликань Павло Різаненко на своїй сторінці у Facebook.
“Апеляційна інстанція залишила в силі рішення першої інстанції за позовом кандидата Саука (депутат Броварської міської ради Андрій Саук, – ред.) яким було визнано вибори міського голови та вибори депутатів Броварської міської ради такими, що не відбулися, та зобов’язала призначити повторні вибори міського голови Броварів та депутатів Броварської міської ради. В місті Бровари тепер точно будуть проведені повторні вибори міського голови та депутатів Броварської міської ради”, – написав він.
Різаненко зазначив, що рішення остаточне та оскарженню не підлягає.
Як відомо, під час голосування в Броварах 25 жовтня стався скандал - на всіх виборчих бюлетенях, шляхом внесення до виборчого бюлетеня (на корінець і сам бюлетень) унікального номерного знака, було скоєно умисне порушення таємниці голосування та права на вільне волевиявлення під час проведення місцевих виборів. Це надалі могло дозволити встановити зміст волевиявлення громадян, які взяли участь у виборах. Правоохоронці відкрили кримінальне провадження за фактом порушення таємниці голосування в місті Бровари.
Виявилося, що «нумеровані» бюлетені друкувалися в друкарні, пов'язаної з кандидатом на посаду Броварського міського голови та першим номером виборчого списку від «Слуги народу» Дмитром Ратнікова.
