Краевой суд чешского города Острава 30 сентября вынес предписание, обязывающее "Представительский центр ДНР" сменить название, сообщает Aktualne.cz.

На выполнение предписания дано 20 дней, иначе власти отменят регистрацию общественной организации.

Запрос в суд подало министерство иностранных дел Чехии. Там посчитали, что слово "представительский" в названии воспринимается как "дипломатический", хотя организация не имеет отношения к международным связям Чехии.

Глава организации Нела Лискова, которую сепаратисты называют почетным консулом "ДНР", сказала изданию, что не получала бумаг из суда.

Центр был официально зарегистрирован в качестве некоммерческой общественной организации в июне. Его основатель – сопредседатель чешской общественно-политической организации "Народное ополчение" Нела Лискова, которая в марте 2016 года приезжала на временно оккупированные территории Донецкой области.

В начале сентября в Праге была зарегистрирована вторая структура террористов под названием "Представительский центр Донецкой области".

В МИД Чехии заявляли, что у "ДНР" не может быть "дипломатического представительства", поскольку Чехия не признает существования так называемой "Донецкой республики".
