18 липня у грузинській столиці Тбілісі відбулася акція протесту проти російської окупації.

Кілька тисяч активістів зібралися на центральній площі міста ввечері на мітинг під лозунгом "Stop Russia!", протестуючи проти окупаційної політики РФ та "боягузтва" грузинської влади.

Організаторами акції виступили непровладні організації та медіа, повідомляє ТСН.

На мітингу з промовою виступив екс-посол  Грузії у ЄС Салом Самадашвілі.

"Політичні сили, які фінансуються Росією, посилюються, і , якщо це продовжуватиметься, ми ми можемо назавжди втратити шанс жити у сучасній європейській державі; проте ми не допустимо цього", - закликав до боротьби Самадашвілі.
