Центральная избирательная комиссия утвердила денежный залог для кандидата в мэры Киева в размере 103 914 гривен.

Кроме того, ЦИК утвердил размер денежного залога для кандидатов в депутаты Киевского областного совета по многомандатному избирательному округу в размере 70 446 гривен, сообщают "Українські новини"

Также Центризбирком утвердил размер залога для кандидатов в мэры: Харькова - 52 876 гривен, Днепропетровска - 38 307 гривен, Одессы - 34 615 гривен, Львова - 28 361 гривну, Николаева - 18 032 гривны, Херсона - 13 169 гривен.

Как сообщало агентство, в апреле 2014 года Центральная избирательная комиссия утвердила порядок внесения, возвращения и перечисления денежного залога на местных выборах.

Документ предусматривает, что залог вносится местной организацией политической партии или кандидатами-самовыдвиженцами.

Размер залога определяет ЦИК на основании ведомостей Государственного реестра избирателей после начала избирательного процесса очередных, внеочередных или повторных выборов, но не позднее, чем за 37 дней до выборов.

Залог возвращается в случае, если по результатам местных выборов кандидат признается избранным по одномандатному или многомандатному избирательных округах или признан избранным мэром.
