Российский политтехнолог Игорь Шувалов, который отвечал за информационную политику телеканала "Интер", подал в суд иск об отмене решения Государственной миграционной службы о запрете въезда в Украину.

Окружной административный суд Киева открыл производство по этому иску, сообщается в фейсбуке суда, передает LB.ua

Шувалов просит суд признать противоправным и отменить решение директора департамента по делам иностранцев и лиц без гражданства ГМС о запрете ему въезда в Украину сроком на 5 лет.

Судебное заседание назначено на 18 мая.

Напомним, Шувалова выдворили из Украины и запретили въезд в страну на пять лет год назад.

Близкий к главе МВД Арсену Авакоку нардеп Антон Геращенко тогда говорил, что Шувалов работал в Украине в интересах России.
