Рок-группа Rolling Stones предупредила президента США Дональда Трампа, что может подать на него в суд, если он продолжит использовать их песни в президентской кампании. Об этом сообщает BBC.

В заявлении юристов группы говорится, что они работают с организацией по защите прав исполнителей BMI, чтобы остановить несанкционированное использование музыки.

Избирательный штаб Трампа использовал песню You Can't Always Get What You Want во время мероприятий в Талсе, штат Оклахома, на прошлой неделе. Эта же песня использовалась в кампании Трампа в 2016 году, тогда группа писала в Twitter, что не поддерживает Трампа.

В заявлении, появившемся вчера, представители группы заявили, что следующие юридические шаги могут потребоваться после того, как Трамп проигнорировал предыдущие предупреждения.

BMI предупредила штаб Трампа, что использование песен Rolling Stones в его кампании будет нарушением лицензионного соглашения и станет предметом судебного иска.
