Президент Чили Мишель Бачелет попросила подать в отставку все правительство страны и через несколько дней объявит новый состав кабинета министров.

"Несколько часов назад я попросила уйти в отставку всех своих министров, и мне нужно 72 часа, чтобы определить, кто останется, а кто из них уйдет", - сказала Бачелет в эфире чилийского телевидения,передает ВВС.

Смена правительства в Чили происходит всего через 14 месяцев после вступления Бачелет в должность президента.

Электоральный рейтинг Бачелет в последние недели опустился до рекордно низких отметок после ряда коррупционных скандалов.

Согласно данным соцопросов, сейчас деятельностью президента недовольны около 64% респондентов.
