Міліція розпочала перевірку щодо звернення голови ЦВК з приводу бездіяльності Маріупольської міської виборчої комісії.
25 жовтня з Міністерства внутрішніх справ України до обласного главку міліції Донеччини надійшов лист зі зверненням голови Центральної виборчої комісії Михайла Охендовського про вжиття заходів щодо триваючої бездіяльності Маріупольської міської комісії Донецької області, яка полягає в неотриманні цією виборчою комісією станом на 1 годину 25 жовтня 2015 року виготовлених на її замовлення виборчих бюлетенів з виборів депутатів Маріупольської міської ради Донецької області та Маріупольського міського голови для голосування на чергових місцевих виборах 25 жовтня 2015 року.
На думку голови ЦВК України, у діях окремих членів Маріупольської міської територіальної виборчої комісії можуть мати місце ознаки кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого статтею 157 Кримінального кодексу України (перешкоджання здійсненню виборчого права або права брати участь у референдумі, роботі виборчої комісії або комісії з референдуму чи діяльності офіційного спостерігача).
Вказане звернення внесено в журнал Єдиного обліку заяв та повідомлень громадян про кримінальні правопорушення та інші події ГУМВС України в Донецькій області. Розпочато відповідну перевірку.
