Вказані кошти останній отримав від приватного підприємця за не притягнення його до адміністративної відповідальності, та не вжиття заходів щодо демонтажу зовнішньої реклами і вивісок на об’єктах торгівлі.
На цей час у кримінальному провадженні, розпочатому за ч.3 ст.368 КК України, проводяться невідкладні слідчі дії.
Принагідно нагадаємо, що триває розслідування стосовно трьох посадовців з числа керівництва Сихівської районної адміністрації Львівської міської ради, які були викриті 30 жовтня при одержанні 20 тис. грн. неправомірної вигоди від керівника товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю. Наразі двом із затриманих оголошено підозру у вчиненні кримінального правопорушення за ч. 3 ст. 368 КК України, а також обрано запобіжні заходи у виді взяття під варту та визначено розмір застави.
