Высказывания Ксении Собчак о территориальной принадлежности Крыма неправильны "по сути и по форме", заявил журналистам пресс-секретарь президента Дмитрий Песков,пишут РИА новости

"С точки зрения международного права, де-юре и де-факто, Крым является неотъемлемой частью Российской Федерации. Обсуждение территориальной и суверенной принадлежности Крыма не подлежит обсуждению никак и ни с кем", — ответил он на просьбу журналистов прокомментировать заявления Собчак.

Песков отметил, что привлечение к уголовной ответственности за подобные высказывание — это не вопрос Кремля. Также пресс-секретарь переадресовал в ЦИК вопрос о том, могут ли журналистку не зарегистрировать кандидатом в президенты после ее слов.

Накануне Собчак заявила, что считает Крым украинской территорией, а восстановление отношений с Украиной — главной задачей Москвы. Эти слова вызвали большой резонанс и критику со стороны многих российских политиков. Так, лидер ЛДПР Владимир Жириновский заявил, что Собчак должны наказать, "посадив лет на пять".

Сама журналистка заявила РИА Новости, что ее нельзя судить за слова о Крыме: закон запрещает призывы к отделению или нарушению территориальной целостности, но допускает высказывание своего мнения, не совпадающего с государственным.
