Одеська міська територіальна виборча комісія відмовила у реєстрації Української морської партії Сергія Ківалова на виборах
Про це йдеться у рішенні Одеського міськтервиборчкому.
"...Відмовити у реєстрації всіх кандидатів у депутати, включених до виборчих списків на перших місцевих виборах 25 жовтня 2020 року, висунутих Одеською обласною організацією Української морської партії Сергія Ківалова у зв'язку з порушенням порядку висування кандидатів", - йдеться у постанові.
У документі зазначається, що причиною відмови є недотримання гендерних квот партії.
"Відповідно до ч. 9 ст. 219 Виборчого кодексу України, під час формування єдиного та територальних виборчих списків організація партії повинна забезпечити присутність у кожній п'ятірці (у місцях з першого по п'яте, з шостого по десяте і так далі) кожного виборчого списку чоловіків і жінок не менше двох кандидатів кожної статі", - наголосили у ТВК.
Водночас тервиборчком зареєстрував Ківалова кандидатом на посаду міського голови Одеси.
