Голова Одеської облдержадміністрації Ігор Палиця поки що не готовий коментувати своє смс-листування з народним депутатом Віталієм Хомутинником, у якому йшлося про корупційні схеми на Південній митниці.

Так відповіли у вівторок на відповідний запит кореспондента Укрінформу в прес-службі Одеської ОДА.

"Ігор Палиця вирішив дочекатися завершення перевірки прокуратурою міста Києва фактів, що випливають з оприлюдненого смс-листування. Лише тоді буде змога прокоментувати ситуацію", - зазначив речник ОДА Микола Покровський.

"Так само Палиця зможе прокоментувати рішення Київської прокуратури, яке буде ухвалено за результатами кримінального провадження, розпочатого за дорученням Генерального прокурора Віктора Шокіна", - додав Покровський.

Нагадаємо, столична прокуратура проводить розслідування фактів, викладених у листуванні народного депутата Хомутинника з головою Одеської ОДА Палицею щодо корупції на митниці. Зокрема, "розпочато кримінальне провадження за фактом можливого отримання службовцями Державної фіскальної служби України неправомірної вигоди під час розмитнення товарів при перетині кордону України», - повідомили у прес-службі Генпрокуратури України.

Як відомо, на початку лютого журналісти сфотографували переписку Хомутинника з Палицею, в якій вони обговорювали суми поборів та видатків на митниці.
