Установление официальных результатов выборов в Верховную Раду Украины может затянуться из-за жалоб и судебных исков избирателей или кандидатов. Об этом на брифинге сообщил замглавы Центризбиркома Андрей Магера, передает ЛІГАБізнесІнформ.

"Какие факторы могут повлиять на скорость составления Центральной избирательной комиссией протокола о результатах выборов? Это, во-первых, наличие жалоб, если такие будут, к окружным избирательным комиссиям или к Центральной избирательной комиссии, это наличие судебных производств, в частности, в регионах, в соответствующих административных судах. Это наличие исковых заявлений в Киеве к возможным, потенциальным действиям Центральной избирательной комиссии, если кто-то посчитает это необходимым", - сказал он.

По словам Магеры, ЦИК ограничен этими процедурными моментами в своих действиях по установлению итоговых результатов выборов.

"Последний дедлайн для нас, как известно, 10 ноября, хотя понятно, мы будем пытаться это сделать как можно раньше, по мере готовности", - отметил он.
