Как видно по опубликованным в сети фото, неприглядные места в городе завесили баннерами с красивыми пейзажами и фотообоями с березками, тротуары закатывали в асфальт без соблюдения каких-либо технологий.

Некрасивые газоны прикрыли пластиковой травой, засыпали землей или вообще заасфальтировали.
