Спустя три года после Революции достоинства темп обновления украинских элит падает. Фокус представляет юбилейный, десятый рейтинг "100 самых влиятельных украинцев"

Первая десятка рейтинга претерпела лишь незначительные изменения. К примеру, рокировка произошла в пуле олигархов, крупнейшие из которых хоть и медленно, но продолжают терять влиятельность. Как и в прошлые годы, в новом рейтинге немало новичков. Они появились в основном за счёт смены людей на высоких государственных должностях уровня министра и его заместителей. Однако темп обновления списка 100 самых влиятельных украинцев падает. Если в прошлом году в рейтинге Фокуса таких было 31, то теперь их 29.

При этом в рейтинге больше нет людей, которые ещё год или два года назад попали туда благодаря своей активной гражданской позиции, волонтёрству или заслугам перед Майданом. Их вытеснили политики старой генерации и крупные бизнесмены, которые пытаются влиять на власть. И это у них спустя три года после победы Революции достоинства получается.
