Генеральный секретарь НАТО Андерс Фог Расмуссен заявил, что Североатлантический альянс не признает выборы, состоявшиеся 14 сентября в Крыму.

"НАТО не признает выборы в Автономной республике Крым, прошедшие 14 сентября", - сказано в заявлении главы Альянса, распространенном в Брюсселе во вторник,пишет Интерфакс

"Мы по-прежнему осуждаем незаконную и неоправданную аннексию Россией Крыма и дальнейшую преднамеренную дестабилизацию в восточной Украине в нарушение норм международного права", - говорится в заявлении.

Генсек альянса призвал Россию отменить решение о присоединении Крыма, которое НАТО не признает и не будет признавать.

"Мы едины в нашей поддержке суверенитета и территориальной целостности Украины в пределах ее международно признанных границ", - подчеркнул А.Фог Расмуссен.
