В рамках программы the GLOBE Program NASA просит помощи в исследовании облаков, пишет  MMR.ua

С 15 марта по 15 апреля все желающие могут сделать до 10 наблюдений за облаками с помощью приложения. Участники с большим количеством наблюдений услышат поздравления ученых NASA в видео, размещенным на сайте программы и в социальных медиа.

Для ученых важны наблюдений с земли, чтобы сопоставить их со снимками со спутника. Цель программы - узнать, какую роль играют облака в изменениях климата. Тем, которые хотят стать частью программы, но не обладают опытом по определению облаков, ученые советуют просто выйти на улицу и понаблюдать за большим количеством облаков.
