Депутат Артем Витко отозвал свое заявления о выходе из парламентской фракции Радикальной партии Олега Ляшко, которое он подал 18 сентября.

Об этом сказал председатель Верховной Рады Владимир Гройсман в эфире телеканала "112".

"Было предложение или письмо этого депутата, которое он написал на мое имя, а потом его отозвал", - сказал Гройсман.

Ранее Центральная избирательная комиссия сообщала, что к ней поступало обращение Витко, в котором он сообщает, что не выходил из РП, заявление не подавал и других действий относительно прекращения своего пребывания во фракции не предпринимал.

Напомним, 18 сентября Витко с парламентской трибуны заявил о выходе из фракции РП, после чего передал соответствующее заявление Гройсману.

В тот же день РП на своем съезде на основании ч. 6 ст. 81 Конституции досрочно прекратила полномочия Витко и призвала ЦИК зарегистрировать депутатом Рады вместо него Татьяну Юзькову.

В свою очередь, ЦИК установил отсутствии правовых оснований для признания избранной депутатом Юзьковой вместо Витко.
