За даними спостерігачів ОПОРИ, які представлені на репрезентативній для усієї країни кількості виборчих дільниць, загальнонаціональна явка виборців станом на 20:00 15 листопада склала 34% (похибка ± 1,1%). Відзначимо, що під час голосування 25 жовтня явка була вищою на 12,6% і склала 46,6% (похибка ± 1,1%).

Разом з тим явка на виборах у Дніпропетровську під час другого туру не суттєво зросла: з 43,6% до 45%.

Порівнюючи із національною явкою, ми бачимо, що Дніпропетровськ голосує значно активніше, ніж вся країна в середньому. Адже під час виборів 25 жовтня явка в місті була навіть дещо нижчою за всеукраїнську.
