Місцеві вибори в Україні 25 жовтня стали одними з найскладніших в історії України. Про це заявив заступник голови Центрвиборчкому Віталій Плукар, повідомляє прес-служба ЦВК у четвер, 10 грудня.

 
Вибори були складними "у зв'язку з умовами, які склалися під час їх організації". Серед причин такої ситуації Плукар перерахував нове виборче законодавство, реформу адміністративно-територіального устрою і пандемію COVID-19.
 
На думку Плукара, проблемні питання вимагають широкої дискусії про шляхи їх вирішення і відповідно більш чітке і якісне правове врегулювання на законодавчому рівні. Тому пріоритетним завданням після закінчення місцевих виборів 2020 є належні доопрацювання виборчих процедур, усунення прогалин та вдосконалення норм Виборчого кодексу.
 
"Крім того, варто приділити окрему увагу розвитку інфраструктури, спрямованої на підвищення правової культури, правової свідомості та професіоналізації учасників виборчого процесу", - резюмував заступник голови ЦВК.
