Деражнянський райсуд визнав винною людину, яка зробила внесок до виборчого фонду Анатолія Гриценка перед президентськими виборами з порушенням відповідного порядку. Про це повідомляє прес-служба НАЗК у п'ятницю, 11 жовтня.

 
"Деражнянський районний суд Хмельницької області прийняв рішення про конфіскацію 1млн 150 тис. грн внеску, здійсненого з порушенням у підтримку кандидата на пост президента України Анатолія Гриценка", - сказано в повідомленні.
 
Суд визнав фізичну особу винною із застосуванням штрафу в 1190 грн і конфіскацією на користь держави всієї суми внеску.
 
Факт вчинення адміністративного правопорушення було виявлено за результатами аналізу фінансового звіту про надходження та використання коштів виборчого фонду кандидата. Постанова набрала законної сили.
 
Як повідомлялося, у квітні Держбюджет отримав 2,8 мільйона гривень, незаконно внесених на рахунки кандидатів у президенти.
 
Раніше стало відомо, що до держбюджету конфіскують 448 тисяч гривень внесків на підтримку Радикальної партії Олега Ляшка та Громадянської позиції. Двоє людей були притягнуті до відповідальності за порушення в порядку внесків на підтримку партій.
